Monday Morning Review is the weblog of Eric von Atzigen.
Ahh, Monday…
Every Sunday a pastor preaches three sermons:
the one he planned, the one he preached, and the one he wished he had planned to preach. This blog is dedicated to that third sermon.Blogroll

Enjoyed your message and presentation Sunday morning. A very good look “today” at the encounter at the well.
God Bless
Hey Walter,
Great to hear from you. Glad to have you back in Sweetwater. Look forward to connecting again soon!
Wasn’t the weather and message so awesome! God is working Triple OT in me and my family’s lives….Praise & Worship is so POWERFUL at EFC that i had to ask around for music, Brian Bernal was so kind and lent me some AWESOME tunes and it’s so powerful that our Puppy, Zacchaeus Tyke barks when we crank up “Where you go I’ll go” and when we weep he comes up and big Love Lick! God is AWESOME!
Hey Mary,
So glad to hear the good report. Keep the music cranked!
Blessings,
Pastor Eric
Hello,
I wanted to reach out and let you know that I’m a big fan of your blog. I love how you keep the spirit of the gulf states alive, and give the rest of us a picture of life there.
I’ve been following the news closely about Hurricane Danielle as it gains strength and pushes west in the Atlantic potentially toward the gulf. I thought you might be interested in sharing with your readers some valuable information about protecting their homes from potential damage. While this information is particularly relevant now, I’m sure your readers would gain insight from these guides for the rest of the hurricane season.
You can find a link to the stories here….. http://www.houselogic.com/articles/hurricanes-protect-your-windows-and-doors/
Please let me know if I can help with any other information you might need.
Best,
Katherine

What are your feelings on resurrection from death or end of Sleep of Christ Jesus survived death
Jesus’ words in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” We need only to look at the Jews’ reaction to His statement to know He was claiming to be God. They tried to stone Him for this very reason: “You, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33). The Jews understood exactly what Jesus was claiming—deity. When Jesus declared, “I and the Father are one,” He was saying that He and the Father are of one nature and essence. John 8:58 is another example. Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth … before Abraham was born, I am!” Jews who heard this statement responded by taking up stones to kill Him for blasphemy, as the Mosaic Law commanded (Leviticus 24:16).
Am glad to read about all the questions that the Lord Jesus asked the people amazing.
